This retainer brings senior business development judgment to your pipeline on an ongoing basis: sourcing, qualifying, teaming, and advising on each pursuit. You get the output of a full-time business development resource without the salary, benefits, or management overhead.

Tier 3
Fractional VP of Business Development
Six-month minimum

At this level, you are not getting business development support. You are getting a senior business development executive embedded in your business who owns the strategy, the relationships, and the results. This tier is for contractors ready to scale aggressively and who need someone who can represent them externally, build the internal business development function, and hold accountability for pipeline growth.

Per-response proposal development, scoped by pursuit complexity. Proposal writing is not bundled into any retainer tier because each response is unique. Every past-performance reference and pricing claim is human-verified before submission. Scoping requires a 30-minute intake call.
